Overview
Description
Via Aosta - Mulino Factory, Milan
Located within the historic Mulino Factory, a Milanese industrial building dating back to 1929, we are offering for lease an approximately 240 sq m office, located on the lower-ground floor, featuring large windows and offering the possibility of customization according to the tenant's requirements.
The building was designed by engineer and urban planner Cesare Chiodi, in collaboration with the young Gio Ponti, for the Sordelli family. Originally used as an industrial mill for grain processing and later for pasta production, the complex is now undergoing a process of redevelopment and transformation into a new creative hub, while preserving the character and charm of its original industrial architecture.
The office comprises:
spacious entrance with an open-plan area;
three separate rooms;
bathroom and large storage room.
The property is equipped with central heating and is particularly well suited to architecture practices, showrooms and creative businesses.
Available immediately.
